1.2. If you wish to apply as an agent, you must ensure that your Facebook profile name matches the name you have registered on TahananHub.com for verification purposes.
2. Property Listings for Sellers
2.1. Individual sellers may create an account to list their properties. However, all listings will be subject to approval by the broker before they go live.
2.2. TahananHub.com reserves the right to reject, modify, or remove listings that do not comply with our guidelines or are deemed inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate.
3. Responsibilities of Agents and Sellers
3.1. All agents and sellers must ensure that the property details provided (price, location, description, and images) are accurate and truthful.
3.2. Agents and sellers are responsible for updating their listings and responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
3.3. Any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or spamming will result in immediate removal from the platform and possible legal action.
4. Approval Process and Broker Oversight
4.1. Property listings submitted by sellers will be reviewed and approved by the broker before being published on the website.
4.2. The broker has full authority to modify, reject, or remove listings that do not meet the platform’s standards or violate real estate laws.
5. Compliance with Real Estate Laws
5.1. All users must comply with Philippine real estate regulations and laws when listing or selling properties on TahananHub.com.
5.2. Unauthorized selling, fake listings, and illegal property transactions are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
6. Termination of Access
6.1. TahananHub.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user’s access if they violate these terms and conditions.
6.2. Any attempt to bypass the broker’s approval process or misrepresent property details may result in a permanent ban from the platform.
